The following rooms are available:
Powys Room
Hiring costs
non-profit functions: £16 for up to 4 hours, plus £4 per hour after 4 hours.
profit-making functions: £40 for up to 4 hours, plus £10 per hour after 4 hours.
Cyfeiliog Room
Hiring costs
non-profit functions: £10 for up to 4 hours, plus £2.00 per hour after 4 hours.
profit-making functions: £16 for up to 4 hours, plus £4.00 per hour after 4 hours.
Dinam Room
Hiring costs
non-profit functions: £10 for up to 4 hours, plus £2.00 per hour after 4 hours.
profit-making functions: £16 for up to 4 hours, plus £4.00 per hour after 4 hours.
Kitchen
A small kitchen is also available for hire in conjunction with other room bookings.
Cost: £3.50 for non-profit meetings, £8.50 for profit-making functions.
Trade Fairs
£100 for all events
Lawn

Conditions of letting
1. Payment must be made for the use of the rooms at the time of letting
2. Seven days notice of cancellation will be required, otherwise the full charge will remain payable
3. Users are requested to switch off lights when vacating rooms
4. Please do not turn radiators off: adjust the thermostat only if necessary
5. All breakages of crockery etc. must be replaced
6. Every organization which uses the kitchen is asked to wash the used utensils afterwards
